- 100g blue cheese
- 142ml soured cream
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1/2 the juice of a lemon
- Mash the blue cheese in a bowl (its nice to have smallish lumps for easy dipping).
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve!
Nice and simple, should keep in the fridge for 3-5 days if you don't eat it all at once!
